• Anında İkame: Bildiriminiz uzman ekibimizce onaylandığı an, seçtiğiniz ürünün yenisi vakit kaybetmeksizin hazırlanarak adresinize öncelikli olarak kargolanır.

• İptal ve Değişim: Taze üretim sürecine başlanmış veya mühürü açılmış hiçbir ürünün (tütsü, macun, yenilebilir parfüm vb.) değişimi veya iadesi, sağlık ve güvenlik protokollerimiz gereği mümkün değildir.

 

Kalite Taahhüdümüz: Size asla beklemiş veya kontrol edilmemiş bir ürün sunmuyoruz. Her paket, markamızın kusursuzluk imzasını taşır.

• Immediate Replacement: The moment your notification is approved by our expert team, a replacement of your selected product will be prepared without delay and shipped to your address with priority.

• Cancellation and Exchange: In accordance with our health and safety protocols, it is not possible to exchange or return any product (incense, paste, edible perfume, etc.) that has begun its fresh production process or has had its seal broken.
